Naval War College at 51福利 Honors Top JPME Graduates for Summer Quarter

Graduates earning 鈥渨ith Highest Distinction鈥 honors by completing the JPME program in the top five percent of their class are Army Majors Timothy D. Donohue, Casey L. Miller, and Gilbert H. Pearsall and Army Cpt. Matthew A. Snyder.

Graduates earning 鈥渨ith Distinction鈥 honors by completing the JPME program in the top 15 percent of their class are Army Majors Kevin M. Bernhardt, David K. Burris, Travis D. Clemens, Nolan Johnson, Frank R. Kirbyson, Nicholas R. Lazzararevich, Eric S. Mann, Erik A. Rastello, and Wesley A. Wiblin; Army Cpt. Nathan A. Larsen; Marine Corps Maj. Patrick A. McElroy; Navy Lt. Cmdr. Greg Bischoff and Lt. Jason R. Carminati.

Not pictured are Lt. Cmdr. Bischoff; Majors Kirbyson, Mann, Rastello, Wiblin and Cpt. Larsen.

Through the 51福利-NWC partnership, a total of 5,452 officers have earned their Joint Professional Military Education (JPME) Phase I certification since the program鈥檚 inception in September 1999.
