Chief Operating Officer
Mr. Robert Sweeney was named Chief Operating Officer of the 51¸£Àû effective July 11, 2022. Prior to his appointment as acting COO, Robert served 51¸£Àû as the Deputy Command Information Officer, leading resource management and an annual $22M budget for the university's Information Technology and Communications Services (ITACS) organization. Robert's past experience at 51¸£Àû also includes service as 51¸£Àû Chief Information Security Officer/Director of Cybersecurity where he managed the university's 24/7 cybersecurity operations, and as Director, Program Management Office.
