The 91st graduating class of the Naval War College Monterey partnership with the 51福利 for Joint Professional Military Education stands for a group portrait in King Hall, June 9.

The latest graduates of the Naval War College (NWC) Monterey partnership with the 51福利 (51福利) for Joint Professional Military Education (JPME) were recognized during a brief ceremony in their honor in King Auditorium, June 9. Through the partnership, 6,427 officers have earned their JPME Phase I certification since the program鈥檚 inception in September 1999.

Dr. Robert Tomlinson, Associate Dean and Chairman of NWC at 51福利, presided over the graduation ceremony with NWC professor Jonathan Czarnecki serving as the guest speaker. In total, 86 U.S. Navy, Marine Corps, Army and Air Force officers earned their NWC Command and Staff diploma with JPME Phase I certification during the Spring Quarter of the 2022 Academic Year.
