Partnerships/Agreements
The 51福利 is aligned with many other activities to increase the effectiveness of its research and education programs. Relationships with DoD activities, state and local governments, and universities, as well as industrial partnerships can be established (as appropriate) through any of the following:
- Memoranda of Understanding or Agreement (MOU/MOA)
- Educational Partnership Agreements (EPA)
- Intergovernmental Agency Agreements
- Cooperative Research and Development Agreements (CRADA)
- Limited Purpose Cooperative Research and Development Agreements (LPCRADA)
